Spinach and goat cheese tart
My husband does not like hot goat, I have made a half goat cheese and the other grated gruyere ...
 1 Homemade broken pate 
 Spinach (s) in branch: 400 g 
 Egg ( s): 3 
 1/2 skimmed milk: 10 cl 
 Whole liquid cream: 20 cl 
 Goat cheese (s): 1 piece (s) 
 Sweet butter: 30 g 
 Fine salt: 3 pineapple (s) 
 Pepper millheat the oven to 200 ° C (th. 6-7) .wash the spinach, squeeze them and remove the stems by pulling them. Put the butter in a large hot frying pan. When it's sparkling, drop the spinach and cook gently for 2 min. Then drain them carefully. Spread the dough in a mold and cook lightly (10 min). Cut the cheese into slices. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the cream and the milk. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Spread the spinach on the pie shell and pour the egg-cream mixture over it. Then add the slices of goat cheese. 
 
 Bake for 30 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
