Sweet butter: 30 g

In a bowl, mix the eggs with the cream and the milk. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Spread the spinach on the pie shell and pour the egg-cream mixture over it. Then add the slices of goat cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
